CFPA Office Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties: 

Depending on your level of comfort and interest some duties can include:

  • Clerical Assistance
  • Answering incoming phone calls 
  • Assisting with completing mailings 
  • Connecting with members and volunteers to ensure data accuracy in the CFPA database
  • Data entry
  • Copying
  • Filling
Time Commitment: 
A few hours a week during CFPA Business Hours (Mon - Fri 9 am to 4 pm)
Desired Skills or Experience: 

Depending on your desired tasks, a variety of skills can be helpful, including:

  • Basic understanding of CFPA and the programs (training available)
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Friendly and out-going individual
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Willing to interact with the CFPA staff, others within the CFPA community, and the public
  • Ability to travel to and from the CFPA Office
