Our Spring Campaign for Trails has come to a close and your donations are already making a difference. Trail volunteers are on the ground re-blazing, installing new signage, removing blowdowns and keeping the trails open and accessible for you. Tools and materials have been purchased and new and old bridges are being built or repaired.
We hope you’ve been out there benefiting from what the Blue-Blazed Hiking Trails have to offer: recreation, serenity, shade, and adventure to name just a few trail pleasures. The 825+ miles of trails across Connecticut offer enjoyment for all, whether you prefer hiking, running, walking or wandering.
Your donations have helped maintain and protect the Blue-Blazed Hiking Trail System for 2015 and we are deeply grateful. Thank you for recognizing the value of the Blue Trails and choosing to support these special places!
