For the comfort and safety of all Trails Day participants, we ask that EVERYONE BRING A MASK with you to your event and be prepared to use it if and when social distancing on the trail is not possible. Group size is limited to 15 participants per group and pre-registration is required.

Oxford Land Trust Founders' Day Event Schedule: Take a 1.5 mile Hike of the Oxford Loop portion of the Blue Blaze Pomperaug Trail System. Upon arrival at the entrance gate of Jackson Cove Park, tell gate attendant that you are attending the Oxford Land Trust event; meet at the Park's Pavilion at 9:00am; Following Hike, Rose Crisci of Blue Moon Raptors, a rehabilitative and educational organization from Branford, CT will give a live raptor presentation with 6 raptors, starting at ~11:30am; Following the Presentation, the Land Trust Board of Directors will host a picnic lunch for all those attending.   • I release the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA) its officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, agents, volunteers, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (“CFPA Parties”) from any liability that may arise from participation in the event and waive any and all claims against them and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, including those resulting from my own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including CFPA and the CFPA Parties.
  • Nothing herein shall supersede other agreements I have entered into with CFPA.
