Connecticut Trails Day 2019

Come join us on June 1st & 2nd - Over 240 events statewide!

Connecticut is proud to host the largest National Trails Day® celebration in the nation.  Although we are a state small in size, we are big on outdoor fun!

With over 250 events to choose from, it could be a hard decision, so it's time to start planning your participation in the 2019 celebration. Go to the Online Directory, sort by what interests you, how hard it is, and even if you can bring your dog! Next choose the event and let your event leader know you're coming using the green button on the bottom of the event description page. That's it, now all you have to do is attend and have a good time. While you're at it , take a couple photos, upload them using the menu link on the left. As a bonus, the "best" photo (as determined by our crack team of non professional photographers) gets a Connecticut Walk Book.

So get outside the 1st weekend in June and help us celebrate trails. Special thanks to all of our event leaders, volunteers, sponsors, and partners who make CT Trails Day such a great success - we couldn’t do it without you!

We look forward to seeing you on the trails!

CT Trails Day comes but once a year and our memory fades quickly! Help us celebrate this year by adding your CT Trails Day event photo to the online gallery!

Connecticut Trails Day often means something different to everyone. But one thing is for sure, Connecticut loves trails! CT Trails day is just around the corner.
Our friends at White Memorial Conservation Center shared a video of their 2017 "Amphibian Amble" Trails Day event. Just a little inspiration for those planning an event this year!
You will be missed but you can still enjoy trails … and help keep them open.
Want to know more about CT Trails Day? What better way than to see photos of the events. Enjoy! Attend an event this year and maybe your photo will make it to the gallery.
