Trail Overview: The Hancock Brook Trail parallels Hancock Brook as it cuts through a deep hemlock ravine, rises sharply to traverse rugged ledges and meanders beneath high cliffs. When you reach Lion Head summit (660 feet), hikers will be rewarded with fine westerly view of the Naugatuck Valley.
