Trail Overview: Located south of Chatfield Hollow State Park in Killingworth, the Chatfield Trail travels through portions of the Cockaponset State Forest and Forster Pond State Park as well as private lands. The trail winds its way through a mixed forest and features large boulders, rocky ledges, babbling brooks, and passes the Fat Man Squeeze (a narrow vertical crack in a cliff).
