This hike, led by yoga instructor Erin Day, incorporates the tools of Yoga (posture, breathing techniques and focus) to establish intention, self-awareness, and connection as we move along the trail. No prior Yoga experience is needed, a Yoga hike is a great way to introduce yourself to these practices. Please bring water and wear hiking shoes, no Yoga mats needed. The hike will be 2 to 3-miles long on even terrain.
