Event Description: 

Learn about Connecticut’s most abundant turtles: where they live, what they eat, what eats them, how they adapt for the winter, and the best times and places to see them.  One of Goodwin’s Master Naturalists Bill Powers has been following painted turtles and wants to share his observations with you.  Learn about their movement throughout the year and their relationship with Red-winged Blackbirds nesting in cattails.
