Talking With Your Children About Climate Change: An Online Discussion
Children absorb climate change messaging from the media, schools and even their peers. Parents and caregivers play an important role in discussing this topic with children to help them process the intense and sometimes conflicting information that children receive. Beth Bernard from the Connecticut Forest & Park Association will present the how, when and why's of having this important discussion with the young ones in your life. This will be followed by time for questions and discussion. You can help create the next generation's environmental leaders by having the right conversation at the right time. This event is one of Earth Day 2020's digital offerings.
