Event Description: 

Join Connecticut Forest & Park Association, Yale’s Quiet Corner Initiative, and Audubon Connecticut for a spring walk in the woods! We will explore a section of the Yale-Myers Forest, and learn how forest management practices can support bird diversity.  We will also encounter a vernal pool, and discuss the land use history of the forest. 

Bring your curiosity, sturdy shoes, and binoculars (if you have them!) 

Space is limited. Please Register to reserve your spot!

*GPS: 150 Centre Pike Rd, Eastford, CT. **Don't go down the driveway....Instead, follow signs from there to the Red Front Lot.
