Event Description: 

Through games and activities Naturalist Emma Lorusso will teach how snow and ice is formed. Then we will have our own fun in the snow! Depending on how much snow has formed, we may make an igloo, have snowball fights, build snowmen or play footprint tag!  And no snow-time adventure would be complete without hot cocoa, which will be provided.  Come join in on the fun! Dress appropriately: 2 pairs of wool socks, snowpants, waterproof jackets, waterproof gloves, extra clothes etc.  BYOS: BRING YOUR OWN SLEDS AND OTHER SNOW TOYS TO SHARE.
