Rambles will vary in length, difficulty, pace and theme. They will also vary based on the season. Nature Nerd Rambles are an opportunity to explore the woods while employing all our senses, trigger
curiosity, share and seek knowledge, and nourish our souls in the great outdoors.
CALLING ALL NATURE NERDS... Join us as we explore Weber Woods – admiring the beaver habitat and historical remnants like an old collier’s chimney. We will search for signs of spring – skunk cabbage and other early plants and creatures. The approximately 4 mile hike will follow relatively flat terrain. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes.
