Feeling stuck? Get hiking! Come join CFPA’s Americorps Service Member Bryan Avery, to learn, discuss, and experience some mindfulness exercises and methods. Help yourself restore some peace to your mind using the great outdoors. All you will need are your warm layers, maybe a bottle of tea, and your breath.
