Long Distance Hike: Get Out Into Spring
Enjoy the company of fellow hikers and get some great outdoor exercise. Each hike will be around 2-3 hours on our trails. To join us meet in our main parking lot at 23 Potter Road. Bring cup, water, a favorite hot beverage mix (tea, chocolate, instant coffee (for heating on leader-supplied stove) and optional snacks for a stop at the Governor’s Island overlook. This outing is not open to dogs. Celebrate the end of winter hiking season at The Vanilla Bean, corner of Rt. 97 and Rts 44/169 in Pomfret immediately following.
