Hands on Goodwin: An Interactive Hike, Part 1
Conservation Educator Michael Grady returns with a brand new program designed for the tougher audience. Take an interactive walk through the less walked paths of Goodwin State Forest as Michael takes a more hands on approach toward creatures living in the woods. Learn and marvel at organisms at a much closer level than you have before.
As this program will take you through the less walked areas of Goodwin, please come prepared as you will be walking through deep woods and rougher paths. Ages 12 and up.
This free event is jointly sponsored by the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA), Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) Division of Parks, and Friends of Goodwin Forest.
The James L. Goodwin Forest and Conservation Education Center were gifts to the people of Connecticut from James L.
