Giuffrida Park is one of Meriden's hidden gems! A reservoir, flanked by a network of trails, is the focal point of this beautiful city park. Thanks to countless hours of work from partners, supporters, and volunteers, the section of the NET up to Chauncey Peak has been relocated. The new section of trail has greatly improved the safety for the user and the sustainability of the trail itself. The trail also features some impressive rock work accomplished by our volunteer "Rock Stars." For an article on the great work accomplished by our supporters please visit this article on the CFPA Website.
We invite you to celebrate the accomplishments of CFPA and our supporters and enjoy a walk in the woods! The event is free to the public and no registration is necessary.
If you are interested in being a vendor/exhibitor or in volunteering for the event, please email Liz Fossett at lfossett@ctwoodlands.org.
