During this workshop, we will share best practices and pitfalls for this part of Connecticut. This month's roundtable is about grass. Everything you ever wanted to know about sowing/growing/maintaining grass but didn't know who to ask. Topics will include grub/mole treatments and seeds vs. turf roles. This workshop is for everyone, not just advanced gardeners. During our monthly roundtable sessions we cover a wide-range of topics. Please come with your questions, your expertise, and with your own stories of success or failure in your gardens.
This free event is jointly sponsored by the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA), Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) Division of Parks, and Friends of Goodwin Forest.
