Full Moon Night Hike
Let the moon guide your path at twilight as you take a night time hike at Goodwin State Forest. Goodwin Naturalist Lena Ives will be taking you on a moonlit journey through the forest to bear witness to the changes in nature from day to dusk. Bring a headlamp or flashlight if desired, they are not necessary. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Program will be followed by a campfire and s’mores.
This event is jointly sponsored by the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA), Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) Division of Parks, and Friends of Goodwin Forest.
