Event Description:

Help kick-off the season by joining us for CFPA's annual Spring Trail Workshop. Led by CFPA's Trails Committee volunteers and CFPA's Trails Stewardship Director, this workshop is geared towards new, as well as experienced, trail builders. This workshop is a great introduction to many trail skills and is recommended for anyone who wants to volunteer as part of CFPA's Trails program.

This year's workshop will focus on trail design and construction, bog bridge development and rock work. We will be working on the CFPA-owned Whitney property. Tools will be provided. Please bring safety gloves, water and a bag lunch and wear proper footwear, long pants and clothes that can get dirty. Leave all furry friends at home. There are no facilities at this site and we will be working in the woods all day. Please plan appropriately.

If heavy rain is forecast, please visit the CFPA Facebook page Friday night for postponement/cancellation information.
