CFPA Rambles: Spring Tails and Tales for Children of All Ages
Winter snows are melting and the forest is about to change!
Stop! Look! Listen!
What can we discover now that Spring is on its way?
Join us for a special story-hour to find out. Bring a cushion to sit on, and your favorite stuffed animal to read to and teach about spring (both optional) as we explore both spring picture books and Goodwin Forest’s Airline Trail. We will read and share springs stories, and then take a 1- 1 ½ mile hike on the trail to see what we can find. We will go walking rain or shine, so be sure to dress for the weather.
This program is for children of all ages!
Space is limited. Registration is required.
This free event is jointly sponsored by the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA), Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) Division of Parks, and Friends of Goodwin Forest.
