Event Description:

Letterboxing is an intriguing “treasure hunt” style outdoor activity. Letterboxers hide small, weatherproof boxes in publicly-accessible places (like parks) and post clues to finding the box online. To showcase this exciting outdoor activity, CFPA is offering a seasonal series of guided letterbox Rambles. Join us at one or all of these events in this fun series.

At our Winter Letterboxing event we will be exploring Meriden's Giuffrida Park. Join us as we ramble through one of Meriden's gems. This hike may include some elevation changes and rocky trail sections. Dress appropriately for the weather, snow boots may be needed depending on the depth of snow. If there is deep snow, we may forgo letterboxing and enjoy a nice walk along the reservoir.  Please be prepared with water and a snack.

Liz is an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR-trained CFPA Ramble Guide.
