CFPA Ramble: New England Trail Letterboxing Series - East River Preserve
Letterboxing is an intriguing “treasure hunt” style outdoor activity. Letterboxers hide small, weatherproof boxes in publicly-accessible places (like parks) and post clues to finding the box online. Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA) created 8 letterboxes along the New England National Scenic Trail (NET). To showcase this exciting outdoor activity and the letterboxes along the NET, CFPA is offering a series of guided letterbox Rambles. A full list of the CFPA letterboxes can be found by visiting www.letterboxing.org/BoxByOwner.php?ownerID=49138. A full list of the events in this series can be found by visiting www.ctwoodlands.org/CFPA-events.
