Event Description: 

Come learn about the history of the Highland Park area and the Case Brothers National Historic District while visiting properties protected by the Manchester Land Conservation Trust. We will visit the paper mill and mansion areas.

Starting at the trailhead on Spring Street, we will plan to hike 1.5 miles. For participants who want a more strenuous event, we will make the bumpy and steep hike to the summit of Case Mountain; where, on a clear day, Heublein Tower is visible to the west.

Be sure to bring water and wear sturdy sneakers or hiking boots. No dogs, please. 

Parking Information: 
Parking in a small lot off Glen Road near intersection with Spring St. Check signs carefully before parking.
