CFPA Ramble: Highland Park History Hike
Come learn about the history of the Highland Park area and the Case Brothers National Historic District while visiting properties protected by the Manchester Land Conservation Trust.
Starting at the trailhead on Spring Street, we will plan to hike 1.5 miles, but depending on the participants' interest we may make the bumpy and steep hike to the summit of Case Mountain.
Be sure to bring water and consider sun-screen and bug repellent. Wear sturdy sneakers or hiking boots. No dogs, please.
This free guided outing is co-sponsored by the CFPA Rambles program of the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA) and Manchester Land Conservation Trust.
