Event Description: 

Join CFPA, Everyone Outside and the Middlesex Land Trust for a fun, moderately-challenging 2-mile, family hike at the Mica Ledges Preserve owned by the Middlesex Land Trust and the Madison Land Conservation Trust. We will walk to Whitney pond, look at the latest beaver activity and possibly visit cave or the Selectman's stones.  Click here for more information.

Please wear sturdy shoes. All ages welcome, as long as they can walk 1 1/2 miles or you have a backpack to carry them.

Directions: Follow Rt 17 to the south end of Main St Durham. Veer right to stay on Rt 17. Then almost immediately veer left onto Rt. 77. Go 0.7 miles south on Rt. 77. Turn left onto Cream pot Rd; east side of the road between two pillars.  Follow Cream Pot Rd past the Durham town maintenance yard, bearing right up the hill. Go 0.7 miles on Cream Pot Rd until the paved road ends, continue south a short ways on a gravel road & park on the left.
