Join us for a fun, moderately-easy 2-mile, family hike at the Mica Ledges preserve owned by the Middlesex Land Trust and the Madison Land Conservation Trust. We will spend some time enjoying the view from the top of the mica-studded ridge and exploring the area around the beautiful Whitney pond. We will also check out the Selectmen's Stones.

This hike has some short steep sections. Hiking poles are recommended for people with knee problems. Please wear sturdy shoes. All ages welcome and we advise you bring a carrier for toddlers in case they tire of walking. Please pack water, snacks, and a light jacket for this
autumn adventure.
