Everyone is welcome to join us at 2 p.m. for a Fall Foliage Nature Walk. We will walk along East Birge Pond Trail to the Marsh Boardwalk. If trail conditions permit, we will walk around Birge Pond. Registration for the Nature Walk is not required.
The trail has a few hills and muddy areas possible. Hiking boots or sturdy shoes and long pants are recommended. Be sure to bring water. Please leave pets at home and children need to be accompanied by an adult.
Patricia and Susan are American Heart Association First Aid/CPR-trained CFPA Ramble Guides and City of Bristol's Hoppers Birge Pond Committee volunteers.
This free guided outing is co-sponsored by the CFPA Rambles program of the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA) and the City of Bristol's Hoppers Birge Pond Nature Preserve Committee. The Committee is a Mayor's Committee and a Subcommittee of the Bristol Park Board.
