Cancelled: Full Cold Moon Night Hike
The forest is a special place at night. The unique sounds, smells and sights are a feast for the senses. Goodwin’s Program Director, Beth Bernard, will be leading a hike underneath the Full Moon of December. Take a walk by the bright, hoary moonlight as you explore Goodwin at night. Please dress appropriately for weather conditions and wear hiking shoes or sneakers. Leave your flashlights at home, as we will be using the light of the moon. Rain and icy conditions cancels. Adults and children over 8 years welcome.
This event is jointly sponsored by the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA), Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) Division of Parks, and Friends of Goodwin Forest.
