A Bird Walk with Andy Rzeznikiewicz
For those of you enthusiastic about birds, come walk with Andy Rzeznikiewicz, land manager at Bafflin Sanctuary in Pomfret and Trail Wood Sanctuary in Hampton. Andy comes with 20 year’s experience at the Connecticut Audubon Society. He’ll be walking at Goodwin and looking for various migrating songbirds. Bring a pair of binoculars (we have a limited number for loan) and make sure to wear drab and outdoor appropriate clothing.
This free event is jointly sponsored by the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA), Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) Division of Parks, and Friends of Goodwin Forest.
