Come out for a midsummer stroll. We will explore the 0.75-mile red loop trail at The Institute for American Indian Studies (IAIS). The terrain is fairly easy, with some rocks and tree roots. We will follow a leisurely pace for moms-to-be, families with young children, and anyone who enjoys casual walks. Bring your curiosity and love of nature; we will be keeping an eye out for interesting plants, wildlife, and other natural features. Towards the end, we will take time to investigate the replicated Algonkian Village on the trail.
