Shenipsit Trail, North of Soapstone Mountain/ Stafford

Pages 127-128 of the Connecticut Walk Book East.

Due to a property swap between the State of Connecticut and the Somers Gun Club, the section of the trail off Sodom Road, across from the entrance to Soapstone Mountain and Brittney's Pond has been shifted east in two sections.  The new footpath is flagged, signed and blazed.

The trail has additionally been extended approximately 2.0 miles north from Old County Rd to Greaves Rd in Stafford.
