Connecticut's Blue Blazed Hiking Trails

CFPA TRAIL PATCHES AVAILABLE

FOR THREE BLUE-BLAZED HIKING TRAILS

 

Hiking enthusiasts who have completed the Quinnipiac Trail, the Metacomet Trail, or the Mattabesett Trail from start to finish can apply to Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA) for a free commemorative patch suitable for affixing to a jacket, backpack, or hat. To be eligible, simply provide the name of the trail and the dates you hiked it, giving separate dates for each section finished, as listed in the Connecticut Walk Book. It is not necessary to complete the trail on consecutive hikes; the journey can span a time period of several months or years.

 

Please fill out the form below and send it to CFPA, 16 Meriden Road, Rockfall, CT 06481. Include $1.00 for each patch requested to defray postage and handling costs.

Additional tax deductible donations are welcome and will be deposited in the John E. Hibbard Trust for Land & Trails, a separate CFPA fund specifically for trail and land protection.
